The room was modern with 2 beds when I arrived. The location of the hotel was favourable - just a short stroll away from Blondie's.

The positives include good and convenient location and parking onsite. I stayed here before, and would stay here again.

The location was excellent, not too far away from Blondie's. It also was in the desert. The breakfast served was free and satisfactory with waffle maker and oatmeal, for instance.

Our room was new-fashioned and updated with full kitchen, reasonable prices. The staff was pleasant and welcoming and we would stay here again.

During my recent stay at Suburban in Cortez, I had a wonderful experience. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated being able to park by the room, making it convenient to unload and load my luggage. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, especially with the option to make my own waffles, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was in the central setting in the desert. Also, Cortez Cultural Center was 1 mile away. I had reasonably priced room with a microwave and refrigerator.

We usually stay at this low cost hotel and would come here again. Satisfied with the venue, it's a nice comfy base for staying in Cortez. The room is reasonably priced. The location is central. Great restaurant offers good food.

The bathroom was mind-blowingly clean with nice flooring and a new sink and tub. The price was super affordable, and the lady manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us excellent suggestions to enhance our stay. The room itself was good for the price, with efficient and exceptionally friendly staff at the front desk. The location was jaw-droppingly convenient, and the A/C and water pressure were both excellent. Plus, they had Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception. No smoking on site.

Absolutely great hotel in an unbeatable position next to restaurant. Goodcoffee, cereal and hot waffles at breakfast. Location right by national parks and monuments throughout the southwest as well as GOOD area.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Suburban for 3 nights while exploring the nearby National Park. The location was ideal, with a supermarket and a lovely park with a playground just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with everything in working order. The WiFi was reliable and the morning staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer our questions. The well-priced room met our needs for our one-night stay, and the continental breakfast offered a nice variety to start our day.

It has marvellous, excellent setting, next to supermarket and Mesa Verde National Park. The staff are courteous, managed the parking onsite.
